Itinerary
Arrival in Srinagar - Houseboat Stay and Dal Lake Shikara Ride - Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your houseboat on Dal Lake or Nigeen Lake. After check-in and a brief rest, experience the charm of Kashmir with a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Glide through the calm waters and witness the floating markets, lotus gardens, and the picturesque surroundings. Later, visit the famous Mughal Gardens Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, each showcasing the exquisite Persian-inspired layout with beautiful flowers, fountains, and terraced lawns. Return to your houseboat for an authentic Kashmiri dinner and an overnight stay.
Srinagar to Gulmarg - Explore the Snowy Wonderland - After breakfast, set off for a scenic drive to Gulmarg, also known as the "Meadow of Flowers." This hill station is famous for its snow-covered landscapes, skiing resorts, and the worlds second-highest Gulmarg Gondola ride. Upon arrival, you can take the Gondola cable car ride up to Apharwat Peak, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks and the snow-clad valley. If you visit during winter, you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. In the summer months, the green meadows and colorful wildflowers make it a stunning sight. After an eventful day, return to your hotel in Gulmarg for an overnight stay.
Gulmarg to Pahalgam - Discover the Valley of Shepherds - After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Gulmarg and proceed to Pahalgam, often referred to as the "Valley of Shepherds." The drive offers stunning views of the Lidder River and the lush green valleys. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check in at your hotel and take a short rest. Explore the local surroundings, including Betaab Valley, known for its picturesque landscape and film locations, and Aru Valley, a pristine meadow perfect for leisure walks and photography. The drive from Pahalgam to Sonmarg is filled with scenic views of snow-covered mountains, dense forests, and the sparkling Sindh River. In the evening, drive back to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your hotel or houseboat.
Srinagar - Local Market Visit and Departure - On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel or houseboat. Spend some time shopping for souvenirs at the local markets, where you can find traditional Kashmiri handicrafts, Pashmina shawls, and dry fruits. Depending on your departure time, you may have a chance to visit the Hazratbal Shrine or the Shankaracharya Temple, both offering panoramic views of Srinagar city. Later, our representative will transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you memories of the stunning landscapes and warm hospitality of Kashmir.
